Our gear is engineered to outlast its owner. Every product is covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects: stitching failure, hardware breakage, finish defects, mechanism failure. If it breaks because we built it wrong, we make it right — repair or replacement at our discretion.

What is not covered

Normal wear, cosmetic patina, loss, theft, or damage from misuse or accident.

Making a claim

Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo. Most claims are resolved within two business days.
